Warranty

Our jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. 

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects that occur under normal use. If this occurs, we'll exchange the product free of charge or issue a refund of the purchase price. We will also cover any shipping costs.

What falls outside the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, as well as the following:

  • lost items
  • bent or snapped items
  • cracked stones or pearls
