Does your jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes, our warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase. Check out our warranty page for more details.

How do I use my discount code?

When making a purchase, you'll find a place on the checkout page to enter your discount code. If you have any issues, please get in touch with us.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes e-gift cards are available to purchase on our website here. Gift cards can be emailed to you or the lucky recipient.

Is gift wrapping available?

Yes! Gift wrapping can be added to your order here or in the shopping cart section.

Our gift-wrapping option adds that extra special touch with silver wrapping paper and a dark green ribbon.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide for orders over $80. For orders under $80, standard delivery is $10.

When will my order be shipped?

Once we get your order, we'll process and mail it out to you within 1-3 business days.

We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know when your order has been shipped.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, we recommend emailing us at the earliest opportunity and we'll do our best to process your request.

In the event your order has already been shipped, please return the package to us and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.

Can I change my delivery address?

Depending on where your order is up to we may be able to change your delivery address. Sometimes it's not possible as your order may already be en route.

We recommend contacting us at the earliest opportunity if you would like to change your delivery address and we'll do our best to process the change.

Do you send order and shipping confirmation emails?

Yes, these emails are automatically sent to your email address. If they're not in your inbox, they could be hiding in a different folder. If you haven’t received these emails, please get in touch with us and we’ll investigate and make sure you receive them.

Returns

How to initiate a return or exchange?

  1. Email us at hello@quinandfern.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order to let us know your order number and reason for making a return.
  2. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your piece to us.

Can I return items purchased with a discount code?

Yes, orders placed using a discount or promotion code can be returned within 90 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Earrings (due to health and safety reasons), regardless of whether they've been worn or not.
  • Gift cards.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds usually take 2-5 business days.

Can I exchange earrings?

No, for health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for pieced jewellery including earrings.
